All payments made are non-refundable, including monthly fees, regardless of usage or login activity.

If you wish to cancel your membership, you must contact us at least 3 days prior to the end of your current billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following month.

If you choose to resubscribe at a later time, you will no longer receive the introductory rate.
