eLIVate Club Membership Terms & Conditions

Program Overview

eLIVate Club is a membership-based program providing ongoing coaching, training, and support. By enrolling, you agree to the structure, expectations, and financial commitment outlined below.

Membership Commitment

By joining eLIVate Club, you are entering into a minimum 12-month commitment. You may fulfill this commitment through either:

• 12 monthly payments of $97, or
• A one-time prepaid annual payment of $888 (a discounted rate for paying upfront)

Both options represent the same 12-month committed term. This is not a month-to-month, cancel-anytime membership. It is an ongoing subscription with a required initial 12-month term.

Automatic Annual Renewal

Your membership automatically renews at the end of each 12-month term for a new 12-month term, unless you cancel in accordance with the Cancellation & Notice section below. This applies to both monthly and annual members.

• Annual members renew on the anniversary of your purchase date and will be charged the then-current annual rate (currently $888) as a one-time payment for the new term.
• Monthly members renew on the 12-month anniversary of your enrollment date and will continue to be billed $97 per month across the new 12-month term.

Each renewal term is a full 12-month commitment on the same terms as your initial term. There is no automatic termination and no conversion to month-to-month billing. Your membership remains active, and billing continues, until you cancel as described below.

Upgrading to Annual

Monthly members may upgrade to the prepaid annual rate (currently $888) effective at their renewal date by submitting written notice to our support team at least 30 days before that date. Upgrades take effect at renewal only, not mid-term. Annual members remain on the annual plan and do not convert to monthly billing.

Renewal Reminder

Before each renewal, we will send a reminder notice to the email address on file in advance of the renewal date, so you have the opportunity to cancel or upgrade within the required notice window.

Payment Obligation

By enrolling, you agree to complete all payments associated with your current 12-month term, whether that is your initial term or a renewal term. This obligation remains in effect regardless of:

• Participation level or attendance
• Personal schedule conflicts
• Business or financial circumstances
• Decision to stop engaging with the program

Failure to utilize the program does not remove your financial obligation.

Cancellation & Notice

You may cancel your membership to prevent it from renewing into a new 12-month term. To do so, you must submit written notice of cancellation to our support team at least 30 days before your renewal date.

• Cancellation cannot take effect during an active 12-month term. It only stops the next renewal.
• If written notice is not received at least 30 days before your renewal date, your membership will automatically renew into a new 12-month term, and you will be responsible for that term in full.
• Cancellation during the initial 12-month term, or during any renewal term, does not cancel your financial obligation for that term. Any remaining balance for the active term will still be due and charged. For prepaid annual members, amounts already paid for the active term are non-refundable.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. No refunds, partial refunds, or prorated refunds will be issued under any circumstances. This applies to both monthly and prepaid annual payments.

Chargebacks & Disputes

By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge your commitment to complete all payments for your active term. Initiating a chargeback or dispute does not cancel your obligation. We reserve the right to pursue any outstanding balance through appropriate collection methods.

Agreement Acknowledgment

By checking the terms and conditions box at checkout and completing your purchase, you acknowledge that:

• You have read and understood these terms
• You agree to the minimum 12-month commitment and to automatic renewal into a new 12-month term at the end of each term
• You understand that cancellation requires written notice at least 30 days before your renewal date
• You accept full responsibility for completing all required payments for each active term, whether paid monthly ($97/month) or annually ($888 prepaid)

This agreement is binding upon purchase.
